Shipping policy

For all orders in which the payment has been cleared before 1:00pm will be dispatched the same Working Day. Any orders after this time will be dispatched the next Working Day.

Free Delivery

All orders shipped to the UK qualify for Free Standard Delivery (2 to 4 working days)

Express Delivery

We do offer an express delivery option of 1 to 2 working days within the UK. In most cases items shipped via our express option will be delivered within 24 hours from dispatch. However, in rare cases some items may take up to 48 hours to be delivered, usually within the Scottish Highlands and British Isles.

Couriers/Services 

Usually most small items are shipped via Royal Mail. Bigger and heavier items like one piece cues and ball sets are shipped via UPS, DPD, Yodel or Evri. 

All the courier and tracked services will have tracking numbers provided which will be automatically updated on your order. 
Please Note - Certain smaller items like cue tips which are shipped on there own will most likely be dispatched through Royal Mails non-trackable service.
